I just signed up for my first Marathon in June. Its just a few days after my 21st Birthday so I've decided that not only am I going to train for the run to Hell and Back, but I'm going to change everything. There are 2 things I want: A 6-pack to some degree and a thigh gap. I also really want to be down to my goal weight by June. I'm def not a fan of starving myself, because I know that I won't be able to get better as an athlete without the right nutrition. So i'm going to do what I do best: Run It Off!
