Stupid iPhone!
I’m trying to sync my iPhone cuz I have pics of my Timed Exercise workout from today and last week but its being retarded. BUT get this… i haven’t run in like a week and half cuz i have zero running motivation right now… weighted myself today —> 126.5 um last time i was 127.5 and before that 130.
Im worried that I’m losing muscle form not running or something, but really REALLY hoping that im actually losing that weight for realz. I mean TE is freaking awesome and I LOVE it! its such great strength training and all that stuff i need. Keeping my fingers crossed :)
